it was a great sized room, beds were comfortable. My wife had left her pillow there and we were able to retrieve it hours later, thank you for that. We did have a hard time controlling the heater and air conditioner fan speed, the remote has icons and not written words

Room was very nice. Perfectly clean. It was a little confusing finding the pool because we did not read French but we saw a cleaning lady and she was very helpful in showing us where the pool was. The washroom looked brand new. My wife loved it. The only thing was the tub was a little slippery and I had to be careful and hold the safety bar. All in all we had a great experience and will book another room at Le Parc again when we good to Ottawa again. Thanks Joe

We had a multi-level suite and it was honestly not bad at all. Everything worked as they intended it to work. One thing I gotta say is that, what looked like the fan/air-vent in the top floor's bathroom hadnt been cleaned in a while. I ran my finger on it and all the dust came off it. Don't hope to connect your phone to the TV or even connect the TV to the network. You can't. Restaurant was really good, too!
