This hotel was perfectly located for our Ottawa stay. Good bed, spacious room, kitchen with dishes, laundry and great location. While it was a good location, walkable to all we wanted, it was quite noisy on a busy street with lots of truck traffic. There is also homeless in the area (as in every city) but we felt very safe waking around even in the evening. Would stay in this hotel again.

We had a great time in Ottawa. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the building is well located, walking distance to all the attractions. The only downside was the parking situation. We booked this specific location because it said it had free parking available. When we arrived they told us that the parking lot was fully booked and if we wanted a space for when it became available we actually had to pay for it. They were helpful in showing us the nearest parking lot (just crossing the street from the hotel), which turned out to be cheaper than the hotel's.
