The bed was very comfortable and the laminated wood floors added a nice clean modern touch. Great value with lots of supermarkets and restaurants within short walking distance. The continental breakfast was a bonus even if it was a bit limited in variety. Stayed here on several different occasions.

This suite had good facilities in proper condition and clean. The staff was polite, fast and answered promptly. But, the location of the power outlets was placed poorly in the room.

Would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. The accommodation is pretty basic but it’s a great value for the money. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Parking is not included but there’s parking nearby. Within walking distance to Parliament, a mall, LCBO and Metro. I would recommend this for anyone who just need a place to stay and enjoy the city.

Excellent location—within walking distance to Parliament Hill, ByWard Market, and the surrounding areas. The room was clean, and the staff were courteous and helpful. However, the breakfast had very limited options—only bread, cereal, muffins, and yogurt—and it was so crowded that we couldn't find a place to sit and eat.
