Everything was wonderful the beds are a dream so comfortable We did not have an ice machine on our floor due to construction and they very kindly brought it to our room anytime we need it The glasses were filthy so we did not use them. Otherwise a great stress free quiet enjoyable stay

The property was under renovation and that was noisy and made finding the front desk difficult. There was no literature in the room suggesting where to find exercise rooms, pool or other amenities though there was a QR code to scan for info and front desk was always helpful. Clean, great access to the mall and clear views of the city.

I will definitely come back to this place in the future! I really liked the price that includes everything you will need and even more such as pool/fitness/spa/hottub. To compare with different popular tourist destinations, this hotel has really cheap price with a great service!

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of popular attractions such as the Rideau Centre, Parliament Hill, and ByWard Market. While we understand that the building is currently undergoing renovations, we were disappointed to be staying in a section of the hotel that felt quite outdated, including our room. Given the price of our stay, we expected a higher standard of accommodations and ultimately didn’t feel that the experience offered good value for the money.

The hotel is undergoing some remodeling but we found the detours easy to navigate including the 3rd floor check in desk. Room was clean and freshly renovated with a gorgeous city view of the Byward market. Pool and hot tub area very beautiful with city views as well. Staff were friendly. No issues at all. Appreciated the 24/7 room service!

Nice hotel Great location But they were also under construction. Most of the lobby was boarded off and there was loud construction noise in the room during the day. Getting to and from the parking garage was very confusing and the hotel did NOTHING to help.
