"The Rideau Centre was one block away from the hotel. The staff were amazing just like family. Nice gym and art deco pool. Great location for touring the city. "

"Parking was so confusing and all of the streets are one way streets. The person at the front desk wasn't sure about parking options so I wasn't sure if I had parked somewhere I wasn't supposed to - and if my car would be there in the morning."

"Only complaint was the housekeeping cart outside our room for some time following check in. Other than that, it was perfect."

"Clean room, comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy. Staff were very friendly. Asked for an extra blanket and unfortunately was advised they didn’t have any to provide. Was also very loud late at night/early morning in the hallways and above us, making it difficult to sleep. "
