After contacting the host they agreed to send the cleaner back who left a passive-aggressive note telling us she had cleaned thoroughly already. "Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean. Buffet breakfast was nice however we generally arrived about 45 minutes before the end and some items were not available. There is a large carpark underneath with reasonable charges. The bar is open 24/7 which is nice should you need it. Close to a couple of nice restaurants and a short walk to the old town."

Ruhige Lage, Heurige fußläufig zu erreichen, netter Winzer mit ausgezeichneten Weinen direkt gegenüber. Für Ausflüge in die gesamte Wachau ist die Lage perfekt. Sehr nette Kommunikation, alles hat reibungslos geklappt!Wir können das Ferienhaus hundertprozentig weiterempfehlen!"

"This stay in Durnstein was a perfect escape. The town is incredibly quaint and charming, and perfect for a quiet weekend away. The apartment was well situated, spacious and had everything we needed. It was a little tricky finding it, but after a quick stop at the Hotel Schloss reception, we were in and had a great stay"
