"Exceeded expectation in every category. The inn is convenient and charming, with a very Down East feel. Rooms are cozy, with every appointment we could have asked. We especially enjoyed the private balcony. But the staff absolutely stole the show!!! So knowable and incredibly helpful. Fantastic and hiking recommendations were all 100%. Constance even whipped out the bug repellant when we decided on Ship Harbor Trail. Did I mention the coffee?? "

"It was noisey. 2 noisey neighbors killed the quietness. On vacay, you want to be relaxed. Construction plus noisey neighbors was disastarous. There is a huge rift in the ceiling of the structure as well. I am sure they know about and will fix it. Not having clean trash cans was annoying.Price for a 3 star hotel was not justified. Bfast was solid but I missed 2 due to lack of sleep."

"Quiet and clean. Tim was great re: an early check in, and his knowledge of the area (including restaurant recommendations) was helpful. The breakfast bars were easy and quick. A convenient walk/not too bad into town. Motel close to Acadia. Rooms are spare but have what you need and are nicely updated. Bathroom tight and more hand towels would have been great. We’d stay again. Thank you!"
