"Overall our stay was excellent. The hotel was clean even through the renovation process. The breakfast could have been better. The hotel was close to Frakenmuth, The outlet mall at Birch Run and next door to a Meijer. That was a plus."

"One has to remember this hotel has seen many seasons, eclectic & quaint for sure yet spotless. Staff was so friendly and informative. The room and bed was large and comfy, enjoyed our river facing balcony and the main floor porch area. Definitely would stay here again. "

"Such a cozy cabin atmosphere. It's makes for a great couples retreat. The kitchen equipment was also extremely convenient for using the outdoor fire pit."
