I strongly recommend you do not stay at this property. We left after less than 12 hours because the conditions were far below what was advertised. Upon arrival, we encountered multiple issues:-Dirty and stained bedding: Comforters and mattress toppers had visible stains and did not appear freshly washed. The sheets provided were the wrong size for the bed, and we did not feel comfortable using the bedding.-Severe bug presence: Cellar spiders, fruit flies, spider webs, and crane flies were in several rooms. We had to keep lights on overnight to keep bugs away from the beds.-Lack of basic supplies: Only one roll of toilet paper was provided, and the soap was watered down.-Misleading bathroom listing: The listing states one bathroom with a shower, but the main house contains only a toilet. The shower is located in a separate annex that requires going outside, which was not clearly represented and allowed more bugs to enter.We arrived around 22:00, exhausted from traveling, and immediately had to spend time killing bugs and discovering the condition of the home. By the time we realized how many issues there were, it was too late to stay awake and wait for the management company (Novasol) to come fix everything. We contacted them first thing the next morning to request a refund, but they refused because we didn’t report the problems immediately, even though it was late at night and unreasonable to expect us to stay up for repairs.
