Doors don't close, door handled fall off, temporary steps, sinks not installed, etc. However, the unit is very large and has three good sized beds. He said it would cost us 10 EU per day to have heat at night. The kitchen was so filthy with a rancid greese odor we could not cook anything. The room was also very dirty.
