This property is very clean with lovely staff and amenities. The pool was perfect and the scenery was beautiful. They have a restaurant on site and a sundry shop that sells coffee as well. It is also very close to the airport. My family loved our stay here!

stay was pleasent. Towels were rationed. wash(face) clothes none exist. bath fixture were starting to bubble (due to the humidity). Pool was a relief from the humidity. Probably the warmest pool i been in (no water heaters)

Clean room, staff members were very friendly and helpful, AC did not work when we first arrived there but maintenance staff were able to fixed it so quick after reporting it to the front desk lady. My kids love the pool. Everything was perfect. Thank you Tradewinds Hotel.

Internet access was spotty, unreliable and extremely slow in the late afternoon and evening. I rely on the internet for my business and work but had to use my phone as a hotspot for internet service for the majority of the time. I was still charged $50 for the internet "service". Otherwise the property and the staff were great.

In addition to being at a great location with friendly staff, the hotel offers Free paddle boards and bikes… We had a great time. Volcanoes National Park isn’t too far away as well as Rainbow Falls State Park and the incredible birding trail at Kaulana Manu. It was an unbelievable hidden birding song oasis
