"I was very grateful that the hotel was able to store my luggage when the room was not ready on day 1 and at the end of my stay. However, as a paying guest/customer, I was very surprised that I was not allowed to use the toilet facilities when I returned to collect my luggage."

"Amazing property! Very large and spacious and looks fantastic! Property is very rural, with very little way of obtaining a taxi from the local town.
