Given the general location (i.e. close to the largest port and industrial complex in Europe) the little town of Brielle is a magical haven with its narrow streets, varied buildings, magnificent church and range of shops & places to eat. The hotel gave me the friendliest possible reception, it had reasonable food and good beer, so was a perfect place to hide out after a hards day's work and a long journey."

The hotel staff keep them clean and in the best condition possible given their age. The beds are large and comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and have an amazing amount of hot water. "
