"Beim einchecken war das Personal nicht besonders höflich, da wir kein Englisch sprachen, wurden wir ziemlich desinteressiert behandelt. Das Zimmer verfügte über keine Klimaanlage oder Air Condition, es war so heiß es war unerträglich. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war gut. Trotzdem stelle ich mir unter einem vier Sterne Haus ein bisschen mehr Luxus vor. Die Bar wurde unprofessionell geführt. Alles in allem würde ich dort keinen Urlaub mehr verbringen."

"The Hotel was outdated and rooms were some kind of clean. The carpets were really old. The beds were comfortable. But our room kept loosing the electricity and we had to go downstairs a couple of times, so they finally sent an electrician. I asked at the front desk for iron but I never received it. The breakfast was decent. Overall this hotel is convenient for being so close to the train station but is not worth the money!"

"My stay was satisfactory, typical HIG express hotel. If they would add a fitness room this would add a star in future stays. It’s at a quite place, river view, 15mins walk to free ferry to get into a tourist spot, central station, nearby 2 choices for groceries and on the go food. Season prices are up, but you know it’s Amsterdam. BF is as included but I didn’t use it. It was a fruitful stay."
