"We had a disappointing stay. Upon check-in, we were told breakfast would be included. After heading down to breakfast, the staff were hostile and unkind. There was a mix-up, and we did not appreciate how we were treated. Would not recommend; would not return."

"Entering the parking was as complicated as a rubik's cube.In a dark closet. We had to scan a QR code, then have our email verified by sending a code, then the phone number verified by texting a code,,we had to enter the car license plate on some webpage. After all that, I do not know how they connected the car parking to my identification or room... so I don't know if the fee was actually paid. Everything else was okay for a modern hotel room."

"The jr suite room was nice for our family but a bit cramped. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Could use better curtains to block out the light especially in summer when the sun is up for a majority of the day. It was nice that there is a good cafe/coffee shop in the lobby but it is a mistake to have it as the entrance to the hotel. The only way to get to your room is through a very busy coffee shop. There is a very small hotel reception at the back of the coffee shop and it is not convenient when you are trying to navigate the coffee shop with your luggage. There should be a separate entrance to just the hotel rooms. The staff was nice but no one will assist with luggage or even open or hold a door. There is no vehicle pick up or drop off area in front of this hotel. Decent hotel for upscale backpackers or people traveling alone but not really great for families or people with real luggage. The location is excellent for walking the city."
