"Great resort by the river however 5km from town along a dirt track road. So that makes it super quiet and relaxing but you are reliant on taxis or shuttle
Staff try very hard and are charming
There was a power cut in evening when I was there and there is no back up generator and I need electricity for my cpap machine
And everything is expensive eg airport drop off $25 ..loca $8
But gorgeous views of the river and breakfast is amazing

"My room was spacious with a balcony, the river view description was overstated. The staff were efficient and helpful with tours and things to see. The facilities were clean. There was a good selection of fruit for breakfast"
"Location 5/5. Property very good, but the Mekong suites don’t have a view on Mekong (unless you try very hard :). But the room itself was very comfortable. Acoustics isolation is limited so bring earplugs if you need them. Sometimes you may have some issues with the communication - all staff is very helpful but not always fluent enough in English. It’s 4 1/2 stars"
