Notre stress d'avoir finalement choisi une offre sans encore de commentaires a été immédiatement annulé une fois passé le portail sécurisé qui donne sur un immense terrain et un très grand parking (qd on connait les pbms et le prix des stationnements sur Deauville et Trouville... un 1er luxe !). 2ème effet waouh : une fois passée la porte d'entrée : une grande pièce parfaite pour prendre l'apéro, préparer à manger, dîner...
