Calme, mais location ayant besoin d'un bon rafraichissement.

Les + : Le calme, le propriétaire sympathique et accueillant Les - : Appartement très humide ( simple vitrage, pas de VMC ) même avec le chauffage poussé l'humidité est là. Partie cuisine hors d'âge manque plats pour le four, cloche à micro onde, ustensiles très anciens, ... Manque une petite télé, j'ai tellement l'habitude qu'il y en ai une dans toutes les locations que je n'ai pas prêté attention en lisant le descriptif. Pas de rideaux...

très agréable

Les propriétaires sont très gentils, emplacement très pratique et le appartement est bel et charmant. Même les voisins sont très amicaux et serviables. J'adorerais y retourner.
