Lovely stay

I had a lovely stay here with family. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. As an English traveller staff were very helpful to me especially. The hotel is immaculately clean throughout. Food is very good here.

Customer service needs work. They seem to have an idea of what 5 stars looks like, but can't seem to execute it. Things were missing from the room (towels, hair dryer) and it took hours to get them. In 3 days our room was never cleaned, though we requested it several times and were assured "right away". No mini bar, no coffee maker or kettle. We moved to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay, and it ended up being cheaper and better.

Un séjour reposant.

Bonjour Nous sommes restées 10 jours dans cet hôtel et je tenais à remercier l’ensemble de l’équipe qui ont été adorable avec ma mère surtout. Je tenais particulièrement à remercier nagette pour sa gentillesse et Lamia pour les messages. Et Fatema zahara pour son accueil. L’hôtel est Très bien situé la partie piscine est très bilan l’accueil et le petit déjeuner très corrects. Nous séjournions dans une suite très correcte. Il faut peut être une petite rénovation ( un peu vieux ) mais rien de méchant. Le personnel de la piscine sont très à l’écoute de leur client. Sinon je recommande l’hôtel.
