"Please see other review for explanation of what was not good about hotel in general. But for this specific stay, the date was booked incorrectly. I immediately changed the reservation and informed Relax hotel of the situation via a phone call. Relax told me over the phone that I would be able to receive a refund if I spoke to reception about it in person at check in. But then they refused this upon checking in. Awful stay on top of everything else."

"I was on a two week tour of Morocco and stayed one night at the Urban Hotel in Kenitra while visiting a family friend. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were polite and welcoming throughout the stay. The only disappointing part was the breakfast. We were hoping for a more traditional Moroccan breakfast, but instead it was more of a standard continental buffet you would find in many hotels around the world. "Very traditional hotel. Hotel probably does need a bit of TLC but for the price I can't fault it at all. The staff are lovely and the room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was beautifully presented and very tasty every day. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Hopefully I'll return very soon"
