"for the people with knee issues recommend to ask at the time of chk in for no steps room cuz some of the floors you have to take five steps with your luggage cuz there is no bell boy service available, make sure about the bathroom is not smelly , you get the room service but no changes of towels and no bed making, have to ask for. breakfast was okay air conditioning thermostat was fixed at the colder side not coming down so we have to turn it off"

"No A/C both days. Reported on day 1, was to be fixed day 2. Did not happen. On check in asked about a cab reservation for our departure. Prefaced this with it will be Kings Day. I was told no problem we will arrange this. Checked at desk day before departure on our cab and was told that it was not possible, all roads will be blocked. I will have to say that our stay was terrible! No A/C and no cab. No offer by management to comp room, offer a free meal or even a free bar beverage. Not happy."

"The hotel location is few minutes walk to Amsterdam central station and to the old town . We had the chance to see most of the neighborhoods at anytime of the day. We used the triple room and it was efficient for our needs.Staff were helpful. Breakfast excellent with several options. "

"Excellent from start to finish: location, cleanliness, staff, solid buffet breakfast and 24 hr tea/coffee/water bar in spacious lounge space. Walkable to everything you will want to see, but on quiet street. Great for any combo of traveler."
