"This is a very nice hotel in a great, quiet location that is just a short walk to the major museums. The building itself has an interesting design, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful during check-in. While the room is on the smaller side, it is well laid out with a couch and plenty of practical surface space to organize your belongings. The self-service laundry room came in clutch since I was toward the end of my trip and desperately needed to wash my clothes. Downstairs, there is a great lounge area where you can relax and have drinks, and they also provide Brita-filtered water on tap. They offer an on-site bike rental, but as a cyclist, I found the bike was just okay and they charge a premium for it, so I would recommend renting your gear elsewhere. Overall, I loved staying here and would absolutely return or recommend it to others."

"Our stay in this hotel has been really good. Its location, steps away from the Central Square and one block from one of the main Subway stations, is perfect. The hotel is also about 10 blocks away from Amsterdam "Centraal" train station which has direct service from and to the airport as well as many locations surrounding Amsterdam like Zaanse Schans to see four wonderful windmills on you own. The room was clean although in need of more places to accommodate luggage and personal stuff. They have a nice breakfast buffet and WiFi service. Hotel staff was very nice."
