"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room had the canal view and it was relatively spacious with a private bathroom/shower with a door which is apparently not very common to find. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. In addition the location was great in terms of walking to metro , restaurants and any sightseeings. The hotel offers a cocktail in the afternoon which was a very nice touch. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, however tired the hotel restaurant for dinner one night. Amsterdam has many amazing restaurants and Omber did not rank high for us."

"Fantastic location within walking distance to dozens of restaurants, cafes, and the museum district. There are also canal boat ride locations right outside the hotel door. Busy intersection but the street noise did not disrupt us at all. The room was fabulous - spacious, clean, and comfortable. We did not partake in the breakfast but did appreciate the coffee each morning. I would strongly recommend this hotel to those just passing through or those staying for a longer period of time. Lastly, the staff was wonderful from the woman who checked us in to the gentleman who arranged for our taxi to the airport. Top rate!"
