This was a heck of an early start to climb Mt Sneffels. I was very lucky to get these wonderful colors after a 4.50am start. A night sleeping in the back of the truck at the trailhead. It was worth it as I managed to miss the afternoon storms.

"My girlfriend and I stayed for a night, and we wished we could stay forever. Truly a magical place. We rented a snowmobile from the property manager and took the trails to the cabin. The cabin was clean, quiet, and beautiful. We will definitely be back. Our host Jennifer was very communicative and helpful."

"My husband and I wanted a getaway for our honeymoon in the mountains and that is exactly what we got. The home was absolutely stunning, tucked away from town with incredible views! Mark and Sai take excellent care of this property and there have been several new additions since our last visit. "I can't say anything bad about this place. The directions to get to the cabin was spot on. The cabin was clean and well stocked (even provided a crackpot). You can't beat the location! It was an easy jot to the main strip in Lake City (could drive our SxS in town) yet peaceful by San Lake Cristobal. Our main reason for staying at this location was to do the Alpine Loop.
