• Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

ABOUT THE AREA:
Nestled at the San Juan Gateway Ouray offers year-round outdoor activities and everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation. In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing.

During the winter season bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, Downhill/Nordic skis and enjoy a wide variety of winter activities. Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 ice and mixed climbs spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. Enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, unique shops and Ouray Hot Springs.

CANCELLATIONS:
A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 deposit. For reservations of thirty (30) nights or more, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Oak street VRBO in Colorado

We enjoyed staying in the most wonderful VRBO rental in Ouray, Colorado. It was close to the restaurants and the hot springs. Our communication with the owner was excellent. It was fabulous to look out the huge living room window and see a mountain ever morning.

Best of all, I had some work to do, and I had accidentally left my laptop at home! Lucky for me, this condo had an office setup with a computer that allowed me to access everything I needed. I was able to the necessary work done, then went out for a run along the peaceful road out front, alongside the river and had a great dinner at the brewery. I'll be back and will most likely stay here again. Thank you to the Owner for having computer available for my use!!!

Pretty modern condo close to town

The condo was spotless, very comfortable and well stocked. The location was great- adjacent to the river walking trail and a very easy walk into town. The electronic lock on the front door malfunctioned right after we arrived which took awhile to get fixed but the management team kept us updated during the process. A backup plan such as a regular key would be very helpful for those situations. It is a third floor unit which I’m not sure I realized before arrival. It wasn’t a problem for us but for anyone with difficulty climbing stairs it could be an issue. Overall it was a wonderful home and we would absolutely love to stay again!

Great location! Beautiful views from the living room and front deck. Suited our family of four very well. Access to walking trails and hikes around Ouray was convenient. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, but there are no containers for leftovers (only a minor inconvenience.) This unit had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. Beautifully decorated and nicely maintained! Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and in Ouray! Easy daytrips to Silverton, Telluride and Ridgway. Hope to return again!

Great Property

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was very clean. There was a sufficient amount of supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.). The location was great as it's close enough to walk to the downtown area and there is a great walking path along the river. It's also very close to the trailhead for the Perimeter trail. We'll be recommending this rental to our friends.

Great VRBO in stunning Ouray

This property was great! It was clean, modern, and well equipped. The views from the living room window are amazing. They really thought of everything with this rental. I highly recommend it, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely stay in Ouray

We loved our stay in this place set right along the river in beautiful Ouray. The interior is probably even better than the pictures showed. The only thing that would have been nice to know was it is on the third level which made lots of stairs.

Relaxing with a great view

Our stay was everything we hoped for! This home is so cozy and inviting. The view of the mountains was perfect and we enjoyed the creek/trail that is within walking distance. Communication was great with the owners and easy check in-out. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

It was spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved the views of the canyon and the private patio in front and back. This space is listed as a luxury condo, however, I would expect a luxury condo to have all working lights, lamps, blinds that cover the windows and remotes for each TV. The upstairs TV had 3 remotes but none of them worked on the TV. We reached out to the property management team. When we did not hear back we followed up with them and they had to order a new remote. Since we couldn't enjoy the upstairs space in the evening we utilized the main level. Even though we were on the third floor, the setup inhibited the feeling of privacy - several windows have missing blinds right at eye level. The condo also advertises that Hulu is included in the stay but that also did not work. We verified the log in details with the management team and were told that the owner pays for Hulu. We are Hulu subscribers so we know the platform well, the subscription was clearly not up to date. Things I would have liked to know as a dog owner going into visiting this property - There are very limited potty areas without walking to the river path or driving down to the park. You can walk up and down Oak St but it's a quick way to get a mud bath if it's raining. A lot of people in the area walk their dogs off leash and don't seem to clean up after them. The condos below us had 2 dogs that during our stay barked constantly. Despite the minor hiccups, we would stay here again. The best parts of this property out weigh any of the inconveniences.

Beauty and adventure

This was our first time in Ouray and Telluride. We picked Ouray as our central location because it was close to so many jeeping trails. We were thrilled. The beauty and different levels of moderate to difficult gave us a lot of choices. The condo was in a great location and loved the river walk after dinner. We were close to restaurants and back to our condo for peace and quiet. We enjoyed our morning smoothies on the front deck with views and sunshine. The condo was clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and king bed was very comfortable. We would love to come back and stay here again. Management was easy to contact when we had an issue with the lock one evening and it was solved quickly. Great job!

Great Stay In Ouray

Condo was convenient to downtown and had all the amenities you’d need. Thoughtful touches like laundry pods and professional bathroom toiletries. We enjoyed being so close to the river and would walk our dogs each evening. Condo was very clean and was in a quiet area. The view from the front deck was gorgeous. Not that this bothered us, but it is on the third floor. That may not be ideal for some. We would definitely stay here again!

The upstairs bedroom never really cooled off, the screen is broken and so we could not really vent. The screens up there do appear to be very prone to damage So I can understand the situation. However, they really need to fix those screens. A window sash fell on me also While opening the window. But again, all in all a very nice stay.

Wonderful home in a winter wonderland

New Favorite Place in Ouray

We have been coming to Ouray for over 15 years and we have stayed at many places and this is by far our favorite! Clean modern comfortable incredible views from the living room and super dog friendly. We brought our two dogs and not only were there bowls and blankets just across the street is the Uncompahgre Riverwalk with poop bags and trash cans. We will be booking here again and again and again.
