This little place was great! Plenty of space for our group. Would have been nice to have a washer and dryer since we did so much in the hot springs, but it was fun! Highly recommend!!

This property was very nice, great location and had everything you need for fun, relaxing and an all around great time. Newly renovated and exceptionally comfortable inside. Perfect location at the bottom of Main Street, near to everything. Could not have asked for a better location, accommodation nor communication from owner. Outside is not much to look at, but who cares!!!

Family Vacation

Excellent location in Ouray, with fully stocked kitchen and multiple bathrooms. Heaters in every room with their own thermostat. Could have used a fan for a little bit of circulation in the rooms, but that's more of a preference of mine than a complaint. Beautiful stay in a beautiful area!

Just what we expected.

The condo offered exactly what was stated in the listing. The photos in the listing helped us choose between this property and another property. The photos accurately represented what the property looks like. We would definitely stay there again if we were wanting to stay in Ouray again.

Convenient and comfortable

We loved the location, and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in town. The layout is a little funky given the property’s past life as a store, but it is functional. Only feedback is that they were very light on towels (no bath mat and only 3 bath towels were provided, plus one hand towel for the kitchen.

Amazing stay!

Location is perfect on the Main Street so you can walk everywhere. Ouray grocery is only 3 blocks away which is great and an excellent grocery store. Restaurants are also walking distance, we even walked to the other end of Ouray easy. Hot springs is also walking distance the other direction. The home itself is cozy and perfect. Complete with pots and pans and salt, garlic salt, and pepper and even cooking spray plus all the cleaning supplies. They have a nice coffee pot you can set the timer to go off in the morning so you can wake up to the smell of coffee. They had filters already. They have a kettle for tea drinkers. Lots of towels also. Two toilets with one beautiful and large bathtub are perfect. One room with a queen bed and another room with two full beds was perfect for me, my husband, our 24 yr old son, and my 79 yr old dad. Shoes are not allowed inside understandably with mud or snow likely on your shoes. I recommended bringing house shoes.

Overall this was a very good experience and I would rate it as 5 stars. However, I drop it to 3 stars because of the mouse infestation we discovered. Mice were seen on the countertop trying to chew into my bag of chips!! The mice then ran behind the oven when I went to investigate the noise. This is just gross! Please get rid of the mice. You have a problem!

We enjoyed our stay in Ouray, CO. However the bed was not comfortable in the double queen room. Also, the floor was sticky in a large area and when we wiped with paper towels, lots of dirt came up. Floor was not washed. Both bathrooms are far from the bedrooms (nothing private). An FYI have some hooks in the bathrooms for towels. No wash cloths to clean off counters or table.
