"Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell-
Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps.
Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly.
Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. With the Price we paid for. Can't complain. Light breakfast and stay. What else I could ask for.

"Location right next to the Grotto... a little farther from the Gare De Lourdes station, maybe at least a 25 minute walk uphill. We had a good dinner and staff was so helpful and friendly. Nice clean hotel.... Luggage can be stored after check out."

"Nadie nos explico que el hotel en la noche cierra sus puertas y que se necesitaba un codigo para entrar. En la habitacion solo habia 1 tomacorriente para cargar dispositivos electronics, cada vez que el.aire acondicionado se detenía, el techo del baño Drenaba agua, cae agua de las luces y corre por las paredes, despues de explicarlo en la recepcion, ni una disculpa."
