"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

Receptionen var endast öppen vissa tider och inte ens då hittade man personalen alltid. Dessutom helt stängd en dag i veckan. "Excellent property - only stayed a few nights as a base for a cycling trip. Lots of good cycling on the doorstep. Accommodation was what we we expecting. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Unfortunately I didn't get to use the pool and spa, but my family said they were very good. Views and location are amazing! "
