"The SPA area is so good. I Highly recommend to have vegan options to eat at breakfast."

"From the highway the hotel did not look impressive but it was a pleasant surprise when we checked in. Clean rooms, friendly staff and a llama. "

"Nice place all considered "

"Friendly helpful staff, right across the street from the beach, an easy walk to some restaurants and sights and a nice comfy room, thumbs up!"

"Very nice and quiet area. Close to major tourist attractions around La Serena. I do like the fact that there’s a Moai right when you get to the hotel. I’m Rapa Nui, so I felt like I was supposed to be there. It was a surprise to me. Thank you for the service. I would definitely consider of going back next time I visit La Serena. "

"This is such a beautiful hotel, the rooms were stunning and everyone was so friendly starting from the desk to the people working at the restaurant. Location of the hotel is just perfect to walk to Gabriela’s Mistral museum and take a stroll at the plaza. The food at the restaurant was excellent with detailed presentation of each plate and so delicious. My wife and I will definitely return and we recommend this anyone coming to Vicuña!"

"The grounds here were beautiful. The large indoor pool was so warm, it was lovely. The breakfast was very good. Parking was behind locked gates and secure. Staff was friendly. We had a good stay."
