"We booked a 3 night stay. The host was wonderful and began communicating with us before our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and even checked on us after check in. If you are looking for a cozy cabin that is off the beaten path with a 20-30 minute commute to Summersville Lake this place is for you. It reminds me of Grandmas house growing up with its rustic mountain charm. "

"Talk about getting away from it all, that is what one does when you escape to Faith Mountain! The cabins are deep in the beautiful rolling mountains of West Virginia. It was comfortable, clean, welcoming, and felt like home. There are great trails on the property that are well marked and maintained. The small lake is invites one to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. A true gem of a place."

"We stayed at the Sparrows Nest as a stop over point for a longer trip. This is by far the best VRBO experience we've had. The house was beautiful, set amongst trees so we could bird watch from the living room. The amenities in the house were on par with a 4 star hotel as well. We couldnt have been happier."

"The property was tricky to get to. Apple Maps got us almost all the way there, then the owner’s VERY helpful information packet got us the rest of the way there! The owners thought of almost everything! I loved the laid back vibe that they had too, which just set the right tone for the weekend. We were celebrating a milestone birthday, so we wanted somewhere we could do lots of activities without bothering neighbors, and this place was perfect for that! It’s just secluded enough, but also has some stores within 20 minutes to grab supplies. The owner was very communicative and I felt like I could have reached out at any time and they would have been ready and willing to help. We were sad that there was not a trampoline on the property, but that was the only negative thing I have to say really! The property is ripe for exploring. It’s so serene and they provide all the tools you need to have a successful outdoors trip! 100% would book here again! "

"We stayed from Fri to Sun. Location has beautiful views of WV, some great trails, plenty of firewood and firewood ring locations to choose from as well as a pond with kayaks and paddle board. This is a location to disconnect as cell signal is poor. Owner does provide WiFi but only at certain public locations. Be aware there was no hand soap"

"This house is perfect for a getaway. Beautiful and spacious. The fire pits make it even better. We enjoyed the property sitting out listening to the river and the rain was so relaxing. I will book here again. Only thing was the claw foot tub in the bathroom just wish it was hooked up to be able to soak in it. "
