"Amazing stay"

"Very large and very clean rooms. Liked the convenience of the small fridge for drinks and snacks. The staff were very nice and helpful. Beds are very comfy and bathrooms were clean and spacious too. We were on the 5th floor and unfortunately they only had one elevator in use due to a small fire the previous week, the wait for the elevator was very long at times. We used the stairs when we could, mostly to head down as we were on the 5th floor, but the elevator was an issue as we heard many...

"Hotel was clean. Hotel staff was great. Our toilet was not working and they fixed it in a timely manner. Buffet was good. The elevators are small and very slow. Waited 10min for an elevator and decided to walk 7 flights of stairs. Room was very cold even though we adjusted the temp."

"If you want an experience ….. pay 2 to 3 times the cost and stay in Ottawa. If you want a basic, clean, quiet, safe covenantally located place to stay over this works.
