The kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to cozy dinners, with an oven, microwave, fridge, and both a Keurig + drip coffee maker for your perfect morning cup. You’ll also find pots, pans, knives, and dishware so cooking is easy and stress-free.

Pet Notes: $150 per pet (up to 2 dogs). No unattended pets unless kenneled.•All pets must be listed on reservation when booking

•Maximum of 2 dogs NO other pets allowed

•Must be housebroken (no puppies!)

•Dogs must be leashed outdoors

•Dogs must not be left alone in the property unless they are in a crate.

•Please pick up all pet waste and dispose of it. Non-compliance will incur a $100 fee from your deposit for waste removal services.

•Visitors are not allowed to bring pets

•Fine for for undisclosed/unapproved pets of $500







This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $47 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $10 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
