"Beautiful historic home near downtown Seneca Falls and the Women’s Rights Historical Park. 2 comfortable bedrooms, kitchen, & bath. It is an upstairs apartment, so know you’ll need to carry your stuff up a set of stairs. Sven graciously carried ours up as we are ladies of an advanced age. John and Sven are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this property! "

"This home is located 15 minutes walking from the university and business district of Geneva, 20 minutes driving from Seneca Falls, and 40 minutes driving from Watkins Glen. There is off-street parking in the back for 1 vehicle. The kitchen had everything needed for meal preparation. The grill was a nice to have feature. "

"Cozy comfortable and very clean. You had plenty of sheets towels and lots of dishes. Refrigerator is huge and stove was full size. The only issue was that there were dirty dishes I the cupboard. I think it might have happened because the dishwasher did not work. I took the dirty dishes out and hand wash them We loved our time there. "

"My wife and I spent a lovely Labor Day weekend in this quaint apartment on the second story of a 19th-century house. The apartment was larger than anticipated, spotless, and well-equipped. Check-in was a breeze, and Dene was a great communicator and very accommodating giving us great recommendations for cycling routes and restaurants. I would stay here again if visiting the region! Thank you Dene for being such a great host!"

Could use a small step stool to get into and out of the bed, and maybe a small half door across the stairs for safety, especially at night. "

"The apartment was in a great location. Easy access to Watkins Glen and the wineries. It was clean (very)and had all the amenities needed. Which is a relief when you only see photos. The binder provided was informative and aided in decisions of places to go and eat. The little waterfall at the back was pleasing to sit by. Maybe a few chairs would be nice too. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone who just needs to get away and relax "
