Pudimos dormir cómodamente. El servicio de atención al cliente que nos brindó Roxana fue excepcional. Ella nos ayudó muy amablemente a resolver una situación que experimentamos con nuestra reservación. ¡Gracias! Desayunamos en el hotel y la selección de productos fue muy buena y deliciosa. En mayo, durante las fechas que fuimos, el aire acondicionado del hotel al parecer seguía operando en modo invierno pero las temperaturas nocturnas todavía eran frías; pudimos abrir las ventanas y dormir cómodamente y en silencio."
