A little temporary baby proofing would be required by guests if the baby could crawl- which would be doable without bringing anything extra. Luckily our baby can’t quite crawl. It was all the soul goodness of hiking without carrying baby up a mountain. Hope to stay again. "

"We had a lovely stay at Lake Station. The cottage was cosy, clean, and had everything we (5 adults and 1 labradoodle) needed and more. We enjoyed the wood burner when it was chilly, and bean chairs on the deck when it was sunny. The dog loved bounding around the lawns. Check in was straight-forward, and instructions and communication were clear. Just a short drive to Lake Rotoiti, so convenient for exploring the park. We would happily go back again."
