"Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel I had an awful stay at this hotel. When I arrived, they claimed they couldn’t find my Hotels.com reservation and forced me to pay again at a higher rate — even though they clearly advertise on booking sites. My room door didn’t close properly, there was no running water for hours, and repeated calls for help were ignored. I finally received a bucket of water long after I was late for my appointment. Later that day, the water was still off, and staff refused to provide an extra towel. Only one device could connect to the Wi-Fi, which is ridiculous for a paid stay. Breakfast was delayed for over an hour, and staff were rude and unhelpful. When checking out, they even tried to give me the wrong receipt. The manager was unprofessional and showed zero customer service. For the price they charge, this hotel is unacceptable. Stay away — there are far better options nearby. I wouldn’t return even if it were free."
