"Washer/dryer new but didn’t work. Ice machine worked first day but then didn’t work. Top right part of door didn’t close all the way but when pulled, it didn’t open. Very clean and very helpful staff. The staff was new so I’m sure it will get better"

"The hotel staff were very friendly at check in. The room was comfortable. Loved the breakfast. Always a favorite wherever we stay. There were only 2 things we didnt like. 1st was the toilet handle seemed loose when you flush it. 2nd was we were on the 3rd floor at the very end and it was pretty loud. There was a loud whirling noise like something was running. But overall it was a great stay."

"The unit inside was exactly as described. However, we were not aware the unit was over a garage with a steep flight of stairs to access, which was a little problematic for my 82-year-old mother. David was a communicative host, with quick replies and detailed, helpful instructions on finding the property which is a bit off the beaten path. Fridge and shower could have used some cleaning, and many surfaces were dusty, but the bed was clean and comfortable. All in all, this unit adequately was reasonably priced and met our needs for a quick weekend stay while in town."
