"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The kitchen equipment was also complete and very clean, which made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay."

"No utensils/equipment in kitchen. Breakfast meager. Room was nice. Need to upgrade room card maker to block already occupied rooms. A card to our room was issued to someone else."

"The Hotel needs updating. I have stayed here multiple times in the last two years. The elevator is gross. The laundry room in A building had only one working washer and you need coins to operate (suggest upgrade to cc's). Walls and carpet throughout need to be replaced. Cleanliness is "ok" not great. My toilet backed up for no apparent reason and when I called the front desk I was told no one on premises to address but that I could come down and get a plunger:) which I did and addressed it myself. I will say there was one employee who worked the evening on May 16th to had to come to my room to fix my TV. And I appreciated that!"

"Overall, the stay was great. Beautiful place with plenty of room and about 8 to 9 min from shopping area and restaurants. Only 2 tvs, in living room and down in basement. My only complaint is that and could us new wash cloths. Other than that, highly recommend and we would stay there again."

"Did not realize that the items for the kitchen use were at the front desk and we had to contact the front desk to collect them. Overall, the check-in was quick, front desk agent was very friendly and explain where we were staying, and internet access. The room was nice and cool upon entering it. One day in the evening I noticed three to four little black ants coming from underneath the wall from the bathroom. We did not call the front desk, because we killed them and did not see any more ants. Great price and it allowed pets to stay, even greeted our little one, that means a lot. "
