"While we enjoyed the cabin, it was clean and stocked with a lot of things one would need to cook up a meal. There were a few things that we had a problem with. The foot rest on the recliner doesn’t stay up. The king bed doesn’t really fit the bedroom, the side next to the bathroom is just over a foot away from the wall. "This is a beautifully designed, constructed, and maintained large log cabin right on Wallowa Lake. Great views of the lake, the East Moraine, and up the lake a peek at the mountains. "Our stay was during the off season for the area, so it was very quiet and peaceful. Extremely short walk into Wallowa State Park, River running behind the property was enjoyable. For someone who loves rivers, mountains and pine trees it is a nice little place to stay."

"Had a great 3 night stay for my mom’s 72nd birthday and this home did not disappoint! Gorgeous views from every room, very clean, new couch, great beds and plenty of comfortable space for each of us. "My sister and I stay on the lake every year for a little getaway and it was our first time in this cabin. It was a great stay, quiet, relaxing with amazing views. The beds were very comfy which is hard to find! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Overall it’s one of the best cabins we’ve stayed in and we will be back!"

"The location of the home was next to a stream which sounded wonderful in the evening. It was in a quiet neighborhood. The home itself was beautiful and very clean. Would definitely recommend as a family getaway and would definitely stay again."

"Celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary in this beautiful setting and fabulous home was perfect! The accommodations worked beautifully for our 3 family units! Being right on the lake with our own dock was especially appreciated by the 4 teenagers!! I loved sitting on the beautifully situated deck to enjoy watching all the activity on the lake. We hope to return for more fun in the sun!!"

"We loved our stay in this cabin. The views to the lake and mountains are spectacular. Rooms are spacious and there’s plenty of board/cards games for the family to enjoy. The hot tub was a great deal to have available during our stay, we used it every night. The only negative thing about the property is the sizes of the showers, there are on the small size. Besides that everything else was shown in pictures. Beautiful place to stay. We would stay here again."

"Beautiful location on the lake with amazing views. We spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the lake and the private dock is nice. The beds were comfortable. I wish we had the entire house but some areas are private. The house is old, so you hear everything going on around you inside. The short driveway is steep, scary, and hard to navigate."

"The check in process was difficult since we were given the code to the gate and not the lock box. Our phones didn't have service out there so were unable to contact the property manager. We arrived during a snow storm and 30 mph winds so we were pretty frustrated. We eventually made it in and was very happy with the house and views. One of the cleanest houses we've rented."

"The cabin is a comfy, rustic cabin that lends itself well to adventurers that aren't into sitting around and watching TV. (Which is good... because we never found the Roku remote). The bathroom was small but clean and the bed was probably the most comfortable I've ever been in. I felt like the cleaning fee was pretty ridiculous and a little hidden in the listing. But, overall, it's a sweet little cabin in a SUPER sweet, safe, enjoyable area with fun things to see a do."
