"Cottage furniture broke and sofa bed settee very uncomfortable practically sat on the floor. Owner did responde when informed about broken table and sofa chair but these were not replaced during our stay. Had to clean the grill pan and cottage alittle dusty.had to spend alot of time out of cottage as uncomfortable to stay in. Location near to everything."

"We took our teenage grandson away for a few days before he finally restarts school. Lovely lodge, excellent all round, beds so comfortable, decor luxurious, thumbs up for this property and so near to skegness and local beaches where you can social distance with ease."

"The property is in a lovely village with good amenities. Host communication was excellent before check in and during our stay. The accomodation was immaculate; beautifully decorated with everything you need for a home from home. Lots of lovely thoughtful touches left for our arrival (fruit basket, milk, juice etc). We'd definitely stay here again."

"From the get go the communications with the owners were excellent. The Coach House is alittle gem in Lincolnshire. Everything you would need for a holiday, superb bedding comfortable beds. The bathroom was lovely one of our guests was over 6ft and he loved that he could sit properly in the bath. Kitchen had all the utensils you would ever need , nice and warm with the aga going which was so in keeping and I didn't burn anything ! Absolutely fabulous stay with our 2dogs. "I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The staff were exceptional, friendly, helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I have to say a great big thank you to the chefs who really took care of my dietary needs with real kindness. I would recommend this lovely hotel in a perfect location and am planning my next visit."
