"We liked: Old fashioned property with local charm. Walkable to everything that Oxford has to offer, the university, shopping, culture, pubs. Short walk also to bus depot and train station. The room was spotless. The bathroom modern and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helped with our luggage. If you are in need of ambulatory assistance or not in good physical condition, you should request a room on the first floor. We are in our 70s. The stairway to our 3rd floor room was narrow and somewhat trying. When you check in request a top sheet for the bed. The quilt was way too thick and hot. "
