La Place Art Stay 1 King kitchenette LR F Bath

You will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. king bed, beautiful hand carved bench at the bottom of the bed. Desk with a very comfortable high back chair. carpet hardwood floors.
The bathroom has double sinks with a marble top and a beautiful teal color to match the sea scape paintings and full tub. There is a 55-inch TV
2 comfortable accent zebra chairs to add to the modern art abstracts in the room.
The space
Private and spacious in a
quaint beautiful historical village. 4 minute walk to the village. Waterfountain and Gazebo at Memorial Park.
Farmers Market steps away
with live music on Saturdays from 9am to 12pm. upstairs private porch with 2 comfortable rockers and table for your drinks. Beautiful view of historical homes with mountain and river view.
Guest access
you will have a full private art stay with a private walk out porch. the foyer has a solo
exercise machine, as you go up the stairs, you will find a king bed in a spacious large room that has air conditioning. There is a comfortable desk and high back office chair. you can shut the bedroom door and hall door if you like. The bathroom is large with tub and dbl vanity.
Straight down the hall is the TV room and where books and games will be located. This also has a door that can be closed. Turn tobyour rightband you will find a deep sink with spray for your convienance. The kitchen has a pantry just as you walk in. Nice size fridge with freezer and microwave custom built in for space.
The cozy walk out porch has 2 cushioned rockers for your relaxation, as you enjoy the mountain view and river.

The neighborhood is friendly.
Many places to grab a bite to eat. Bartles Pharmacy is very
convienant and has a nice gift selection. There is also a laundromat and 2 beauty shops.

Quaint and Perfect

Liz and George are amazing hosts! (We also love Elvis the dog and Calli the cat!) Everything was as described and the art decorating the home, all crafted by Liz, was beautiful. The bed was super comfy! There were so many things to do nesrby including a farmers market, antique shops and great mom and pop shops. We made new friends with our hosts and 100% recommend this listing. We will be back!!!!
