Wonderful home base

This is our second year staying at this lovely property when three moms and girls descend on the Dells for a volleyball tournament. It has everything you could need and is adorable!

Great time

Our family stayed at Hilliard Haven again for a Dells area vacation. This house is for for a family getaway. Very comfortable, cozy and clean home. Owner is great as well. Definitely recommended!

The moment we drove up, it was just so beautiful. The view, we just couldnt get enough of. The kids had a great time outside with the activities you had. We ll def stay out there again when we plan a wisconsin dells vacation again!

Beautiful land and home

Loved this house. We had all the comforts of home and then some! The home and how they shared the history of the home and family was perfect. Sitting by a fire every evening, watching the stars and listening to the coyotes, was just the break we needed. Close to Wisconsin Dells but far enough to relax and unwind. Perfect place to stay and we can’t wait to go back!

Considerate rental

We had a lovely time at what I consider to be the most considerate vacation rental I have visited! Our family enjoyed the beautiful farm, the thoughtful stocking of the kitchen, bathrooms, and comfortable beds. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and a great space to spend time together.

Girls get away weekend!

This was such a lovely property to be able to hangout in. We had so much fun with the many amenities. Incredible views and adorably decorated. If you’re looking for a place to chill and get centered while having fun you need to check out this property! Highly recommended!

Family reunion in the country

This was the perfect spot to get together with family. It was a beautiful house with everything you could possibly need. So many nice small touches. We just wish the weather was warmer to use all the outdoor features! We plan to book it again the next time we get together. Thanks for sharing your home!

Moms and girls volleyball weekend

We were in the Dells for a volleyball tournament. The house was perfect (!) for our group of three moms and three teens. We loved all the lovely details throughout and the furnishings were so comfortable after a long day in the gym. We hope to stay here the next time we play in the Dells - but bringing the dads along next time.

Fabulous property. Kids loved the BB court, sand volleyball and celcro catch game. The adults loved the wildlife and the hike to the creek. The kitchen was gorgeous. The beds were very comfy.

Ladies' weekend away

We were looking for somewhere central to everyone, and we stumbled on this gem. While we didn't do much in the area, there are a few things that would be fun with a group during the tourist season (winery, lakes). The house is very private, and we enjoyed sitting in the sun room with the windows open for the breeze. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The house was a lovely mix of updated but keeping the farmhouse feel. Overall lovely stay!

Wisconsin Dells Family Fun Trip 2024

We couldn't have been more pleased with the property and surrounding, we would recommend staying here at Hillard Haven anytime. The only thing you would need to pack is your clothing and food...the property was completely furnished....more items than you would need. Appliances, linens, kitchen utensils, toys, games, bikes, outside games, more things that you can do in a week..what a GREAT find!!! Outside Grill, benches, chairs, tables, loungers, fire ring with chairs and plenty of firewood, hiking trails....Loved it and we'll be back!!!

Hilliard Heaven! ❤️

Beautiful house, perfect for a family getaway! So many options of things to do at the house; from the ping pong table and the bags set, to the sand volleyball court, basketball court and fire pit, we did it all. The farm adds to the relaxed atmosphere, and truly allows you to “check out” of your daily life. We absolutely loved Hilliard Haven!

Amazing Home & Farm - Stocked for Fun!

Myself and a group of friend got together to enjoy and relax in each other's company. We made most of our meals at the Farm, and it was the most well-stocked home all of us have every stayed at, with all sorts of kitchen devices to have meals around a large table. We loved the scenery, the comfy spots in the home to sit and relax, and having a bonfire on a cool night.

Amazing Farmhouse Getaway

My family and I had an amazing stay at Hilliard Haven. Like others have stated, the owners did an incredible job restoring this farmhouse. The property is amazing with so many fun things to do. This house was the most well stocked house our family has ever stayed in. You do not need to bring any extras of your own. We celebrated our daughter's big double digit birthday here with close family. She told us this was the most awesome place to celebrate her big day. The property was beautiful for a photo shoot as well. It is relatively close to the Dells and major attractions. Our family would 100% stay here again in the future. Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful family farmhouse so that other families can create lasting memories of their own.

Family reunion and birthday

Fantastic place for all ages. Best-equipped kitchen and household of any we have rented. Thank you, Jacqui. PS Seeing sandhill cranes "dance" out back and deers graze at dusk added enjoyment to our visit. I don't suppose they can be guaranteed for every guest's stay. :)

Staying at Hilliard Haven was one great, memory making experience! Country surroundings but less than a half hour to Wisconsin Dell. The refurbished home was comfortable and even more beautiful than the pictures portrayed. Top notch appliances, comfy beds and plenty of room to spread out and relax. Loved having early morning coffee on the deck, watching the wildlife and sitting by the campfire in the evening. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed! Take a walk in the country

This is one of the nicest properties we have stayed at in our 10 years of family memory making vacations. This farmhouse gets an A+ rating!. Jacque (and family and friends) have done a wonderful job upgrading the house and surroundings. We enjoyed watching the deer and cranes each day and breathing the 'good ol' country air!' The house was clean and supplied with everything we needed. And we were close enough to the Dells for a trip to the waterpark. This place is a 'must' for anyone wanting to relax and refresh.

Plenty to do at this farm house!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilliard Haven! The house was super clean and had a great set up for our group of 9. They had everything you would need to entertain a large family for a few days! Plenty of towels/blankets/kitchen utensils/plates/glassware. We had fun at the family table for dinner and card games and the living room had plenty of space for us to gather and watch tv. They had a wii with a bunch of games too, but we never got the chance to bust it out. There was a football table and pinging in the garage, a sand volleyball court and a basketball hoop too. We walked 1/2 a mile down the trail too to check out the creek at the back of the property. There was a propane grill and a great fire pit outside as well that we enjoyed using. The host Jacqui was really great too. Very friendly and communicative with us the entire trip. All of us really liked the quietness of being out of town from the Dells but it was still only a short trip to get to everything in town. This was a great experience for us all and we thoroughly enjoyed this house!

Best VRBO ever!!!!!!

We stayed at Hilliard Haven for a family wedding weekend. We were "wowed" by the homey feel of a Vacation Rental home. The views are amazing! there is not one detail that was not thought of when you stay here. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO's and this one is so homey, so well prepared for your visit you feel like you are at home! I could vacation right there at that location!!!!!
