Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, this warm, thoughtfully furnished space offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. You'll find yourself on campus in 10 minutes and the Square in under 15! Relax after a long day exploring our unique college town in this 3-bed, 1.5-bath home that sleeps 8. We'd love to have you at the Royal Rebel Retreat!

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave all used towels in the bathrooms. Please wash all used dishes and place them in the dish rack. Take out all trash and place it in the green trash bin in front of the far right garage.
Return any moved furniture to its original place.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
