Our group of three shared the dorm like 3 twin bed room for an overnight in Oxford. The room was wonderfully roomy, clean and the beds comfortable during our stay. It’s about a 20 minute walk into the old city of Oxford from the B&B. We were able to store our luggage in lobby area both before and after checkin/checkout times. I would recommend this place if you’re not looking for anything fancy.

The property as in a great location, great bathroom ! and the staff was great help. They allowed us to check in early, parking and the room was clean. Good place to stay for Oxford, just outside Oxford, within walking distance but outside enough to not get a large amount of traffic.

Lovely clean spacious room. Great shower with tea and coffee. They had put two fans in our room during the heatwave. Just a 10 minute walk into Oxford. Great spot.

Arrived early for the parking, found out the room was already prepared. We were given access to the very nice room, and the staff was great. Good walking distance from the city center, as well as distanced enough to access easily with a car.

Good rooms especially for families, stairs only so not very accessible. One downside is no AC which was bad during a heatwave but i understand it’s the normal here. Staff were helpful. Check out is at 10am so thats also quite early compared to other places.

The location is great less than a mile to walk or a bus-stop just outside. Parking is available at the back of the hotel. Our room was generous in size, very clean and provided a much needed fan (Heatwave). The bathroom was very clean, too. Check-in was very easy and the only interaction we had with the staff (we only stayed the night, no breakfast). Fair price for value. would stay again

Definitely not a summer property. We upgraded our room for a bigger bed which included a mini fridge and espresso maker. That being said we faced the road and the room was HOT! No AC so windows open with a very average floor fan. The road noise wasn’t horrific but it was there even at 4 am. Nice shower, wardrobe. I’d book again if I was traveling in April or May.

Room was nice, clean and felt very lovely. Personal was friendly and helpful. Big plus it wasn't that far from Oxford, only a 10 min walk. The biggest complained I had was the beds mattress was too stiff and hard for my own liking, so I woke up with sour back each night.
