Beautiful room, difficult check-in

We stayed at this property over the weekend for a wedding. We arrived at the property at 9pm and were ready to get settled. It took us 30 minutes to get into the cabin because the lights were not on on the porch and the keypad is black with black numbers. We called the owner for help and she insisted that the lights were left on. They were not. After 3 tries we finally found the black keypad. Check out times were also not clear. The email said 11 but the book at the property said 1. The heat/air unit in the living room area was also broken making it difficult to use the room because of the cold.
