Cozy and spacious family home located only 6 miles from the Oxford Square and about 5 minutes from the University of Mississippi campus. Home is located in a cul-de-sac In the Southpointe subdivision, right off of Hwy 7 South. This charming brick home has open floor plan and very peaceful back patio to enjoy while drinking f your morning coffee. It is over 1500 square feet with central heat and air, gas logs, wi-fi, smart tv, grill and much more. House has 2 queen size beds and air mattress available with all linens , will sleep 4 in beds and 2 on air mattress. Living room has sofa, loveseat and 2 other chairs.

Perfect for football weekend

We stayed during Homecoming weekend and were very pleased. The home is just as described in very good condition and clean. The home was fully stocked, very comfortable stay. The location was perfect as we drove less than 10 minutes to park and took a shuttle to campus. Margo does great communicating. Would highly recommend!

Oxford stay

Lovely home, well furnished, clean, very nice set up and floor plan. Everything we needed was right there, didn’t want for anything. 5.5 miles from campus, convenient location and just enough out of the way you don’t deal with the game craziness.

Pleasant Stay

We traveled to Oxford to catch an Ole Miss football game. This rental was perfect for our stay! It was clean, comfortable and spacious. The owner provided helpful notes, snacks and information for our stay. The home is located in a very nice area and is a short drive to the football stadium. We will definitely look to rebook at this location on our next visit to Oxford!

This home has everything you need. The large open family room is great for everyone to hang out and not be on top of each other. The owner is also great to deal with and even had extra toothbrushes!
