"My family agreed this is the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in! The staff was kind and professional. The room was comfortable and spacious-had a nice sitting area, very comfortable beds. The shower was luxurious. The laundry in the basement was set up next to a nice lounge area with complimentary snacks and drinks. It was about a 15 minute walk to major shopping, restaurants and Nishiki Market. I wished it was a little closer, but then getting to walk the side streets of Kyoto to get there was a wonderful experience too! "

"Great stay at the APA chain. Located in Namba it was easy to get around Osaka. Located close to eateries and the subway line made it great. Room was tiny but works for a solo traveler. "
