"Family of 4 visiting for 1 week. We found the food options wonderful. Kids had lots of options and so did adults. Beach is beautiful and so fun to watch the planes land. I think if you are coming just to stay in a resort for some sun you could certainly find much cheaper all inclusive options but if you specifically want to see SXM this is a great option of a place to stay!"

"Princess Heights offered one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve had on a Caribbean Island in a long time. If you’re not a resort kind of person, then this condo style hotel is perfect. The front desk staff are so gracious and help with taxi accommodations and restaurant recommendations. Housekeeping was attentive and stopped by daily to restock. Best of all was the view from our terraces- it was absolutely breathtaking and I fell asleep to the crashing of the waves on Dawn beach each night. I will be returning to Princess Heights very soon. "

Everything about this trip was perfect from the first time I contacted the host (Gabi) to working with the property manager (Natesha) and finally the cleaning crew.Gabi was very responsive and answered every question we had quickly and honestly. There were no surprises, other than the fact the property was even more beautiful than the pictures.Natesha took the time to show us the property upon arrival and was very thorough. Thorough enough that we really didn't need anything through the week and it helped us relax and enjoy our trip.The cleaning crew came in twice during the week and went above and beyond what we thought they would do.
