"Beautiful, comfortable rooms. Two excellent employees, waiter, Luke, attentive and took care of what could have been a real problem with under cooked chicken he and management made it right. Also the Bartender Alex ( Female) who was at the pool one day and in Mr Toads another day, excellent customer service skills, made us feel at home. I will say the prices are high compared to surrounding restaurants and food quality is better elsewhere as well. But the drinks by Alex (female) was the best...

"Awesome hotel and stay over all, I usually make this my Go-To hotel when staying in St Louis, nice place, great location, Home made breakfast is awesome. Usually no problems, this time most all of the ice machines were down, not working and the internet in my room on 4th floor was very , very weak and intermittent, kept getting kicked off, basically couldn’t watch tv or do much online. Staff didn’t seem to know anything about it, but unchanged over 4 days. Also , terrible system making patrons...

"The property is undergoing renovation with two large construction bins in front of the motel. There is a fabric cover over the sign. Still a nice place for the price. "

"Great old hotel. Staff was great! No elevator and small rooms but adds to ambiance. Parking is not good, but just due to area, which is great for walking to local shops and eats. We didn't have time to adventure around this time, but plan on going back just to do that, and try out the hotel restaurant. Definitely recommended! "
