"The view from the rental was spectacular and the photos don’t do it justice. House was as promised in photos. House was clean. South facing deck is amazing and convenience of an outdoor kitchen is great. We did not use much due to winter..early darkness and weather, but great space. Comms with host started good but then were slow and unresponsive for a couple issues we had, had to ask twice. The BBQ would not light and we requested assistance as it is important to us, but we never got a response for a couple of days. Host was pleasant when he did reply. We ended up fixing it our selves. (Water in gas line). You definitely require a car to stay here. Moraira is a great town and has everything you need. Grocery stores are close. Perfect house for shorter summer stay. We stayed 1 month in winter. House had the basics for that length of stay, but we would suggest a few things to make it better. Beds were uncomfortable, especially for 60. Living room chairs are tired/broken and uncomfortable, (again for long stay in winter when spending more time inside). Kitchen lacked cooking sheets, measuring spoons/cups, storage containers, (for left overs). We would suggest providing at least one spare set of bedding for each size bed and extra towels, In winter it’s hard to dry laundry. There was only 1 set of keys provided and 2 are needed. I do not believe there is a local property manager, at least we never saw one. We find this makes a big difference when renting for long stays."

"Really nice property and exactly as described, lots of room inside and out. Pool is a good size and nice to have hot tub and outdoor games. The location is amazing, really secluded and peaceful. Approach roads take a bit of getting used to but you have to expect that for the rural location. Would recommend for any big families looking for a retreat in the sun. "

"Lovely spacious apartment in a quiet area close to Moraira town centre. The gardens and grounds are well kept and ample parking on the quiet street. Brilliant air conditioning in all rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need! Lovely spacious terrace with a bbq and sofa.The 2nd bedroom would be more beneficial as twin beds to appeal more to families. The sofa in the lounge is a sofabed which is not in the description. A safe for your valuables should be provided. Paula is an attentive host, thanks so much!"

"We have just returned from a two week stay here and have to say, we loved it.The Villa is a large 5 bedroom property, tucked away on the edge of Teulada and it delivered in every way possible. The swimming pool was a great size and kept us all entertained for the fortnight. We loved the bubble over the top as it meant we could use the pool all day and not get burnt (it was very hot!). The bubble over the top of the pool is made up so that you can lift up the side panels on both sides of the pool, so you still have a roof but no sides. Outside there is also a table tennis table in the back garden, that didn't get much use as it was just too hot to stay out there for long without jumping in the pool. With that in mind, there is also a car port at the back gate of the property which was very effective in keeping the car nice and cool.We loved the lemon tree outside the back door and used many of them in our food and drinks.There is also a pool table, inside, which was where we all gathered most evenings, if we weren't out exploring the area.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need and the large cupboard off of the kitchen has every pot, pan and appliance you could want for whipping up any delicious meal you'd like.The bedrooms are all large and generously furnished. Our master bedroom was beautiful. The bed was enormous and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Thank you Keiron for helping with everything. A wonderful trip, I think we'll be back."

"Great location, not a noisy area, and close to supermarket and a couple of restaurants. Short 5 min drive to beach and Moraira. Moraira a lovely little seaside town. Wi-fi wasn’t working at first but John, the maintenance man was excellent and organised for someone to come out to fix it quickly. Wi-fi better near the router. Villa not modern, apart from the downstairs bathroom, but fine- clean, and attractive looking. Downstairs stayed nice and cool with the stone floor, white walls, window shutters in most rooms, fans, air con in lounge areas. We weren’t overly hot in 29/30 degree heat. Lovely pool which was maintained regularly, lots of outside space all around the villa. Table tennis table and equipment was a nice extra. We found some yoga mats and a parasol in the wardrobe, that we used on the beach, and people have left books and suncream in the lounge cupboard for others to use. Also some condiments in the kitchen cupboard, plus foil, washing liquid, dishwasher tabs, etc that we found useful. Some equipment could do with being updated- kitchen utensils and cutlery for instance. John bought us some new bowls as we couldn’t find many and bought us a new coffee machine as the one in the villa looked pretty new but didn’t work. He was always responsive and helpful whenever we contacted him, but we only needed to at the start of the holiday.All in all, the villa wasn’t perfect, but very nice and we would gladly holiday there again."

"This property is a great base for exploring Moraira and the surrounding area.Our host Renlid was wonderful. Communication was great from start to finish and her villa is lovely.You will need a vehicle to get around because the villa is in a quiet location which was perfect for us.There are lots of supermarkets, restaurants and bars in the surrounding areas and the beaches are fabulous.If you are looking for a well equipped, private, and peaceful villa in the Moraira area, we can whole heartedly recommend this place."
