"Cleanliness is outstanding, staff very friendly, nice ambience, buffet breakfast great, and the variety at the two restaurants is good. Our first room had an AC issue and they were quick to offer to move us to an upgraded room for the rest of our stay. We appreciated the location as it was central for our meetings and an easy walk to Vision City Mall. Overall we were very pleased with our stay, although Saturday night was noisy due to a party/disco that went to 4:00 am. "

"It's a home away from home. Lovely place. Only issues for improvement: 1. Need a sign on the identification of the Apartment's name. I had difficulty locating the property. 2. Children playing at night 11pm to 12 mid-night disturbing the guest. There should be rules on noice control. 3. Kicking rugby balls within the car park area can damage car's wind screens. 4. Have signs on DO NOT DISTURB and MAKE UP ROOMS be placed in the room"

"Room amenities needed to be looked at. Missing towels, bathroom & Kitchen amenities. The Staff were great in taking our booking very last minute. Arlington at the Front Desk did very well in looking after us."
